Through our ongoing partnership, we applied our brand ecosystem methodology to solve Colere's multi-program challenge. We developed a master brand system that allows individual programs to have distinct visual identities while maintaining connection to the core Colere brand. This ecosystem approach ensures executives see professional consistency while participants can easily distinguish between different development offerings.

The Solution

A Strategic Ecosystem for Educational Impact

We created a three-tier brand ecosystem: Colere as the master brand, the Leadership Development Program (LDP) with visual sub-branding, and individual workshops with their own visual sub-branding systems. The logo's three diagonal lines represent both Colere's leadership philosophies and the ecosystem structure—showing connection from master brand through programs to individual learning experiences.
